How far in advance can I make a reservation? We take reservations up to 6 months in advance.
Where can the inflatables be set up?
We can set up inflatables on flat surfaces such as grassy, asphalt, and concrete. The location must be free of rocks, sticks, low hanging wires or tree branches and overhangs. We can also set up indoors if there is adequate ceiling height.
Inflatables need to be set up within 75 feet of a standard 110 volt power outlet. No other major appliance or machine (popcorn machine, cotton candy machine, etc.) can share the same outlet as inflatable. Water slides need to be set up within 50 feet of the water source. If power outlet is unavailable we can provide a portable generator for a $50 rental fee (fuel included). If providing your own generator it needs to be at least a 3500 or greater wattage and needs to be fueled up ready to go at the time of inflatable delivery.
NOTE: Tsunami water slide, obstacle course and backyard slide can ONLY be set up on a FLAT GRASSY surface for safety purposes.
Who needs to be there at the time of delivery? An adult at least 21 years old needs to be present. We will be going over the Rental agreement and Safety rules with you and will then accept payment for balance due. Once inflatable is set up we will go over the safety points for participants. After your event we will come back to pick up the unit and do a brief survey of the unit.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes, all rental reservations require a non-refundable deposit of $75 at the time the reservation is made. This will apply towards your rental total. Your balance will be due upon delivery. We accept cash and all major credit cards. NO CHECKS.
What is your cancellation/refund policy?
CANCELLATION POLICY: DUE TO HIGH WINDS, RAIN, MUD, OVERCAST, OR OTHER UNSAFE CONDITIONS, WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL AT OUR DISCRETION. YOU WILL BE REFUNDED NO LATER THAN 7 BUSINESS DAYS FROM DATE OF CANCELLATION. ANY CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER WILL FORFEIT DEPOSIT. **ONCE UNIT HAS BEEN SET UP, NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.
We understand uncontrolled circumstances may occur and you may need to cancel and reschedule your event. If this occurs your non-refundable deposit will apply to your rescheduled reservation if you cancel AND reschedule 72 hours in advance of original reservation, otherwise deposit will be forfeited.
